Mort Metersky

Mort started his photographic career when he joined the Newtown Camera Club in the spring of 1995. During the many years as a member, he had his photographs critiqued by judges in club competitions and senior club members. He was on many committees and eventually became President, a title he held for two years. He won many First place and several Best of Shows in club competition

In 2001, he had three images accepted in a multi-media art show held at Muhlenberg College. One of his images was on the cover of the art catalog. He has been juried into many shows and an International show in NY State.

Mort began his teaching at the Center for Learning in Retirement hosted by Delaware Valley College, then at the Hatboro YMCA, and 10 years at the nonprofit “The Conservatory of Music, Art and Drama” in Doylestown, PA. Now he teaches private students in his home.
